We accept all types of insurance and participate in several. Dr. Corradini does not participate in Health Management Organizations, however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Please contact our office with any questions you have on your insurance 269-629-7156. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit.
Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company. For any patients that do not have dental insurance we do offer a 10% discount for cash patients made with cash, check, or credit card.
Financing Options: No Insurance, No Worries! - We accept 4 different financing options you can choose from CareCredit, Lending Club Patient Solutions, Health Credit Services, and GreenSky Patient Solutions. You can apply right on our website on the links below to see if you qualify for any of these financing plans. Most of the plans allow the flexibility of a payment plan for 6 to 12 months interest-free or budget-friendly payment options repaid over longer terms.
