We want your first visit to our office to be a welcome one where we can establish a lasting relationship. Our dedicated, compassionate staff sees children, adults, and seniors that require dental care. Unfortunately as of February 1, 2022 we are not accepting new patients at our office at this time. For customer convenience, we participate with most major insurances. We also accept credit cards, and Care Credit plans for those that do not have insurance. We will discuss any areas of concern you may have and what your dental goals may be. We do that in part by obtaining vital information such as your medical and dental history. This information is important so we can provide you with the highest quality care. Please provide the front office a copy of your insurance card at that time. You can even save some time at your first visit by clicking above and filling out the patient forms in advance of your appointment.
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the hygienist and doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling.
